ABIC 2002 FINANCIAL DETAILS
Limitations:

* Due to time and space limitations, only a limited number
of sponsorship opportunities are available.  
New sponsorships will not be accepted after June 15th 2002.

Funds:
* Amount to be payable in Canadian Funds.
* Cheque/Money Order payable to ABIC 2002.

Invoicing:
* Unless otherwise notified, invoices will be sent to address
noted above. 

Deposit:
* Please forward 50% of total sponsorship with this contract. 
 
Balance Due:
* The balance is due on or before June 15th, 2002

Exhibit Booths:(Joint Venture, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, 
Silver Levels Only)
* Exhibitor forms for eligible Sponsors should be completed 
and returned as soon as received indicating involvement as
a "non-paying" exhibitor. 
 
Sponsor Mailings
* Extra registration brochures will be made available to all
sponsors for personalized mailouts to customers, clients and
other individuals.  (Number not to exceed 100 unless prior 
arrangements are made with the Conference Coordinator.  
Brochures to be mailed in bulk to the above address unless
