There are 6 primary levels of sponsorship available for ABIC 2008 ranging in cost from        € 50,000 to € 2,500. All sponsors receive the following core benefits:

  • Colour logo on entrance unit to conference room.
  • Company black and white logo displayed in the sponsorship section of the conference programme.
  • Company colour logo on the sponsorship page of the ABIC conference website.
  • Sponsor recognition in pre-conference marketing materials.
  • Recognition of sponsorship in periodic broadcast e-mails to partners and delegates.


 1. Session Sponsorship
 Sessions are a significant aspect of the ABIC program attended by the majority of delegates. Sponsorship will ensure your organization receives a high level of exposure and an opportunity to be seen and heard. In addition to core sponsorship benefits, session Sponsors earn:

  • Input into choice of Chair for the session

  • Display of logos at beginning and end of presentation slides

  • Display of freestanding banner in sponsored session room

  • Two invitations to the Gala dinner

2. Platinum Sponsorship (€50,000)
 This major sponsorship level has been created to provide your organization with prestigious recognition and an impressive level of brand identification ensuring front of mind exposure. In addition to core sponsorship benefits, Platinum Level Sponsors earn:

  • 2 x 2 sq metre exhibition space

  • One full-page, color advertisement in the Preliminary & Final Programs with specific page position at additional cost

  • Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor during the opening ceremony

  • Company logo on event interview backdrop & on ABIC conference banner

3: Gold Sponsorship €35,000
 In addition to core sponsorship benefits, Gold Sponsors earn:

  • One half-page, colour advertisement in the Preliminary and Final Program

4: Silver Sponsorship €20,000
 In addition to core sponsorship benefits, Silver Sponsors earn:

  • ·2 x 2 metre exhibit space with the option to expand at additional cost

  • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor during the opening ceremony

  • One quarter-page, colour advertisement in the Preliminary & Final Programs

  • Complimentary insert in conference bag

  • Two complimentary conference attendee registrations

  • Two invitations to the Gala Dinner

  • Dual Brand sponsors of Coffee breaks

  • Shared Branding (all Sponsors) of the registration


5: Event Specific Sponsorship
Also available are high front-of-mind exposure opportunities for sponsors who want to sponsor particular events. The opportunities include:

  • Welcome reception/opening of exhibitor area (€10,000)

  • Pre-banquet drinks reception (€10,000)

  • Banquet sponsors (€25,000)

  • Afternoon coffee break sponsor (€2,500)

The sponsor will also receive the following recognition:

  • Logo on the agenda/program to be distributed prior to and at the conference

  • Logo (full colour) on conference signage on a sponsor board and/or PowerPoint presentation

  • Logo on a page inside the proceedings (black and white)

  • Logo in the ABIC Cork website (full colour)
     

6: Corporate Sponsorship
We have designed several a la carte promotional opportunities to help you deliver your corporate message to the ABIC delegates. Some of these are described below but there are other opportunities also available. Prices are available on request. 

  • Lanyard Sponsorship
    Your company name and logo will have dual branding with ABIC on the conference badge holder, which each delegate will wear for the duration of the conference.
     

  • Promotional Insert in Conference Bag
    Companies are invited to sponsor a promotional insert in the delegates’ conference bag.
     

  • Luggage Tags Sponsorship
    Your company name and logo will be displayed on the luggage tag attached to the conference bag throughout the conference.
     

  • Pen & Pad Sponsorship
    Your company name and logo will be printed on the pens and pads made available to delegates in their conference sack.
     

  • Advertisement in conference programme
    Your company name and logo will appear in the conference programme.
