ABIC 2010 Online Registration
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. Notification of intent to cancel registration must be provided in writing. Cancellation subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after August 15, 2010.

  2. Students must forward a copy of their student identification along with their registration to qualify for student rate.

  3. Refunds will be issued in the following manner:
    · Cancellation request received before July 14, 2010 will incur a 25% processing fee.
    · Cancellation request received after July 15, 2010 will incur a 50% processing fee.
    · No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2010 (substitutions are welcomed).
    · Whether by cheque or VISA payment, refunds will be processed 8 weeks after receipt of your request to cancel, or once bank has cleared and guaranteed original payment, whichever comes first.
    · When payment has been made by certified cheque or money order, refunds will be processed 4 weeks after receipt of your request to cancel, or once bank has cleared and guaranteed original payment, whichever comes first.

  4. Special rates are available at four hotels in downtown Saskatoon. Please check the ABIC 2010 Accommodation page to get your best rate.

  5. For a complete listing of what you are entitled to with your registration, visit the Registration page.

  6. We encourage graduate students, PhD students and postdocs to register and present their research activities in the dedicated poster sessions during ABIC 2010. Please call for details.
