A trade show and poster session will run concurrently with the
conference.
Exhibiting is a must for any company within the industry to increase awareness amongst the participants.
The Exhibition will showcase the latest development, products, and technology
available. The Welcome Reception on Sunday September 12th will be held in
the exhibit hall, as well as all refreshment breaks, breakfasts and lunches.
Show hours are for the duration of the conference. The exhibit hall will be officially opened on Sunday evening, with a welcome reception between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

All coffee breaks and lunches will be held in the exhibit area, maximizing delegate / exhibitor exposure. Coffee breaks are ½ hour in length, lunches are 1 ½ hours long. Additionally, the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening will be held in the exhibit hall. This reception is scheduled from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
