A comprehensive trade show and exhibition will run concurrently with the ABIC conference. The exhibition will showcase the latest development, products and technology available. Exhibiting is a must for any company within the industry to increase awareness amongst the delegates and other participants.

To increase the interaction between delegates and exhibitors, we are holding a major portion of the conference in the exhibition area. This will provide exhibitors with the opportunity to meet their goals. The Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, the Exhibitors Reception on Monday Evening, the first coffee of the day during the Continental Breakfast, the mid-morning and mid-afternoon Nutrition/Energy Breaks, and the ABIC Lunches will all be held in the exhibition area. Due to limited space, space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Exhibitor fee includes the rental of your exhibit space and features listed below including one complimentary delegate registration. The Delegate conference registration fee does not include entrance into the Gala Dinner Reception or the Gala Dinner Banquet. Tickets may be ordered for these events. Hotel guest room reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.

Additional Exhibitor Attendee Registrations can be purchased at a discounted fee. This registration is for people who will be manning the booth and are considered for access into the “Exhibition Area Only”. Additional Exhibitor Attendee Registration will include the Welcome Reception, Exhibitor’s Reception, continental breakfasts, nutrition/energy breaks and lunches during the 4-day conference. The Additional Exhibitor Attendee Registration will not include access to the plenary, concurrent sessions, Gala Dinner Reception or the Gala Dinner Banquet. Tickets may be purchased separately for the Gala Dinner Reception and Gala Dinner Banquet.

All additional items will be at the exhibitor’s expense.

Booth exhibits must be ready by 5:00 pm on Sunday September 15, 2013. Set up will be from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Booths must be dismantled on Wednesday September 18, 2013 by 1:30 pm.

All prices below are in Canadian Dollars ($CDN) and include the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The conference’s GST number is 893865915RT0001.

Altered Exhibit Floor Plans
Conference management reserves the right to alter common areas and exhibit floor plan at any time, without prior notification or approval. Management also reserves the right to re-locate any exhibitor in the floor plan space and will advise the exhibitor of such changes prior to the event.

Exhibit Restrictions
Conference management reserves the right to determine when sound levels from audiovisual equipment interfere with others or are unacceptable. In such cases, exhibitors will be notified and Management will act to ensure that sound levels remain at normal levels. Backdrops/ signage/exhibit must not exceed ten (10) feet in height. Conference management must approve any exception in advance. For display purposes, freestanding bulletin boards, signs, etc may be used provided that neighboring exhibitors are not hidden from view.

Conference management has established that exhibit booths are ten (10) feet wide across and ten (10) feet deep. Booths are separated by an eight foot high drape at the rear and 4 foot high drape on either side. Double booths will occupy a twenty (20) foot space by ten (10) foot space.

Conference Management reserves the right to re-locate displays that restrict visibility to other displays.

If you require any Audio/Visual equipment or assistance, please download the order form below. As well, fill out all necessary credit card authorization. Equipment ordered on-site will be subject to on-site pricing and availability.

If you wish to order or hand out food/drink samples i.e. water, bottles, ice cream bars or bring popcorn, you will be required to fill out the Exhibitor Catering Order Form and Credit Card Authorization. International exhibitors shipping into Canada should make all necessary arrangements at least 20 days prior to the deadline date noted on the St. George order forms. If you require a Customs Broker for assistance with paperwork, and shipment clearance into Canada, contact Mendelssohn Customs and Transportation Services in Calgary.

If you are bringing in an exhibit in a rolling case that is less than 100 lbs, you can use the elevators in the Telus Convention Centre to transport your exhibit to your station. Otherwise, please fill out the St. George Show Service Handling Material Form found below.
