1.3 billion tonnes of perfectly safe, nutritious and edible food is never consumed every year. That’s one third of the food the world produces. Global communities are working together to develop innovative solutions to solve this pressing food security issue. Technologies aimed at minimizing food loss and waste, along the supply chain, impacts the bottom line for farmers and the food industry, and help improve economics and sustainability.
