Roger makes things grow. He joined the Flint Agency in 1976 when it employed 13 people, today the company has grown to include AdFarm offices in Calgary, Fargo, Guelph, Kansas City, and Sacramento and has expanded the Flint operation to include agencies in Grand Forks, Duluth and St. Cloud with a total complement of more than 175 employees. Roger serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of AdFarm, one of the five largest agricultural marketing firms in North America.

His greatest strength, aside from plain old stamina, is his ability to bring a team together to create a strong communications plan, one that identifies the challenge and uses strategic thinking to find solutions that help build a solid brand for the client. He also has an uncanny ability to recognize ideas that work. His passion for agriculture is documented by his 40 years of working with ag clients. He was honored as the National Agri-Marketing Association’s Agri-Marketer of the Year in 2011. His work was recently feature in the book, On Golden Plain.

Roger holds a B.S. degree in marketing and finance, and has enhanced it with ongoing education in the form of seminars and college electives—as well as more than 39 years of experience in advertising and public relations.

Roger is never still. He is the quintessential moving force.
